The Director of Studies Tom Seruwagi, went into hiding as he had been promised to be frog-matched to the DEO's office. The students told The Monitor that this was the third bid in seeking redress over the staff's conduct. They alleged Seruwagi was so erratic in administering corporal punishments. "He could give you as many as 100 strokes on your posterior for being five minutes late," said one, adding that if he feels like, he could make one sit or lie in the hot sunshine for as long as 10 hours for a minor offence. |
