School corporal punishment in Yemen

This one-minute video clip shows a school courtyard or playground filmed from above. There is a fair bit of shouting going on in the background. It is full of many dozens of secondary schoolboys arranged roughly in rows, both senior and junior, some of them in uniform, all adopting a more or less "push-up" position in Korean style. This constitutes a punishment in itself, but in addition a teacher is going around caning, in a hasty and slapdash manner, what looks like an entirely random sample of students across the seat of the trousers.
