In this 30-second clip, Fox News TV presenter Shepard Smith describes getting paddled by the headmaster at Marshall Academy in Holly Springs, Mississippi, presumably around 1980 (he was born in 1964). He says he deserved it and it was the right thing to do.
The clip dates from some time between 1996 and 2007. Smith's co-presenter is still focused on their previous subject and is not listening to what he is saying.
