Man caned

Christopher Businge, 20, of Kihomboza village was Dec 26, caned 12 strokes for allegedly hitting his colleague with a beer bottle causing him serious injuries during the Christmas fete.

Kihomboza LC-I secretary for defence A. Kato said Businge is also supposed to foot the medical bills of his victim. He warned the youth against hooliganism.
