A 19 year-old man of Mbhulungwane was sentenced to nine months imprisonment or E90 for housebreaking and theft committed in the area last week.
Sihle Simelane appeared before Hlathikhulu Court President, Mahlabay'dlele Dlamini.
The court was told that Simelane incited a 12 year-old juvenile to show him where his father's bicycle was kept.
The juvenile complied and a Humber bicycle worth E600 was stolen by the two, after breaking into the house where it was kept.
The court found them guilty and sentenced Simelane to nine months imprisonment or E90 fine, and the juvenile to three strokes.

National Court Briefs
An 18 year-old boy and a 14 year-old juvenile of Bhanganoma were found guilty of stealing E200 from their father's bedroom.
They appeared before Hlathikhulu National Court President, Mahlabayidlele Dlamini.
They pleaded guilty to the charge.
The court was told that the boy, Sphiwo Dlamini, sent the juvenile to go and fetch money from his father's house.
"I was sent by Sphiwo to go and collect money from home, otherwise he would beat me. So, I went there and found money inside the wardrobe," said the juvenile.
They were both found guilty and Sphiwo was given 8 months imprisonment or E80 fine and the juvenile to 3 strokes.
Sphiwo paid the fine and was set free.
