HMS Victory at Portsmouth Harbour 5 November 1831: 8 a.m. Punished Owen Thomas, Boy 1st Class, with 36 lashes for theft. 22 November 1831: P.m. Punished Henry Notley, Boy 2nd Class, with 24 lashes for Drunkeness [sic].
